Service publisher

The NoFlyer service is published as part of the NoFlyer project. NoFlyer is a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) project currently being incorporated and registered. At this stage no NoFlyer company is registered yet: the legal identifiers (SIREN, SIRET, RCS, VAT number), the definitive share capital and the registered office will be published once the incorporation is finalised.

Hosting provider

The service is hosted by OVH SAS, a SAS with share capital of €50,000,000 (French trade and companies register RCS Lille Métropole 424 761 419 00045), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

Intellectual property

All elements specific to the NoFlyer service (brand, interface, text, graphics, software) are protected and remain the property of the publisher of the NoFlyer project or its partners. Any reproduction or reuse without prior authorisation is prohibited. Content entered by each Client remains the property and responsibility of that Client.

Responsibility for content published by Clients

Public property pages display content entered by the service's professional Clients. Each Client is responsible for the content it publishes and its compliance with the law. NoFlyer provides the technical publishing tool and does not exercise prior editorial control over that content.

Reporting unlawful or problematic content

Any manifestly unlawful or dangerous content may be reported to hello@noflyer.fr. The publisher of the NoFlyer project may remove or suspend access to reported content after review, without this option making it the author or editorial controller of the content concerned.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law.
